There are so many reasons why I want to lose weight and alot of reasons to motivate me but they all seem to only help for a short time. I know that I need to stay focus, but I must admit that I am a little scared. I have been back for about 3 weeks now and I am doing pretty good, but I never seem to stick with losing weight. I just really want this to be the beginning of a new me. Septmber will mark the two year mark that I really realized that I needed to change and I''m worst of then when I started. I just need to stick with it and finally lose BIG this time. I have two dates that I think will help with this...August 19th-My son''s first day back at school! I am the youngest and the biggest mother at everything, I want this year to be different. I dreaded taking him to school and picking him up, especially after my lastest weight gain. I even thought, briefly, about taking him out of school, he goes to Pre-K, but I knew that was not fair to him. I have 2 1/2 months until school begins and I want to be the best I can be by then. The last week in September: I was talking to my husband about my trip to Florida that I took with my mom and sister back in March, and I told him that while I was there I really wanted to walk all day on the beach. From sunrise to sunset and see how far we could get, but no one would go. Well he is taking me back the last week in september and we are going to walk all day. I have almost 4 months until this date and I really need/want to have lose some weight by then. We will be walking for about 12 hours and this will be our first "kid free" weekend in four years, so this should be all the motivation that I need.When I want to quit, I will remember these dates and HOPEFULLY be motivated!!! what a great motivation both of these things will be for you princess! make sure you wear sunscreen on your walk along the beach, which sounds fantastic! just think of how great it will be to be picking your son up from school, looking smaller and smaller each time !:)
